The Forest of Hope began as a beautiful sentiment and has grown to become an important ongoing initiative. One that helps keep our phone lines open for people who are struggling to cope. Supported by our friends in Coillte and the Tree Council of Ireland, Samaritans’ innovative Forest of Hope started from small beginnings in 2021 at Glenmalure. Now approaching its 5th year, and continuing to grow in size and strength, there has never been a better time for you to become part of this worthwhile long term project, which has blossomed since its inception.
